The self-development path is an endless one. There is no limit to how much better you can become. There is always a new level, a new step, a new path. Once you think you have arrived somewhere, the universe has an interesting way of telling you no, yet. It shakes the ground you stand on, it crumbles, and you start again.

I find the path of self-development challenging when it comes to relationships. Every time you develop to a new level, someone leaves, someone comes in. It always comes down to the decision of staying where you are or starting again, which is challenging given the way society has built relationships.
